Click and Collect
- Availability: Click and Collect is available from our store 353 Hampton St, Hampton 3188. During checkout, you can select the "Pickup in store" option if you wish to pick up your order in person.
- Processing Time: Orders placed for Click and Collect will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your order.

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of your order. We do not offer free shipping.
Items not currently available for Shipping
The following products are available for Click & Collect only and cannot be shipped:

Bulky items such as bikes, frames, wheels, trainers

Restricted items such as CO2 canisters, pressurised goods, certain cleaning products
You will see a Pickup Only notice on these product pages. Please ensure your cart does not contain a mix of shippable and pickup-only items, as we do not currently support split fulfilment.
